About
Alannah Power
I am proud to be part of the Fleetwood team as a case manager and public relations assistant. Being in this role means I get to research unique families and feel like a real-life detective. When I am not researching, I am part of the public sector relations team, where I attend national events and build professional relationships.
If you had asked me what my occupation would be after I completed my education, I would have never guessed that it would be in an industry as fascinating, complex and as important as ours.
Being able to piece together pockets of history and turn them into stories that can make a real difference to our clients is a real passion of mine.
Outside of genealogy, I am an extremely energetic and social individual with an adoration for animals (especially my staffy, Layla). You can catch me outside enjoying the peace of nature with a book in hand, bungee jumping or binge watching the newest TV show. One thing about me is that I am an absolute chatter box and would speak to a brick wall if I had the chance.

Bringing together local authorities and genealogists to work collaboratively toward shared goals. I build strong partnerships, align priorities across different stakeholders, and create practical frameworks that turn collaboration into meaningful outcomes.
Outside of my professional interests, I enjoy illustrating, particularly botanical subjects, and have a keen appreciation for nature. I regularly spend my free time hiking and camping.
Riyad Rahmoune
Leading our private client service, I am dedicated to helping legal professionals trace rightful heirs and resolve complex cross-border estate matters. Whether it is a missing beneficiary or a tricky intestacy case, I take great pride in providing a professional, reliable and thorough research service to my clients.
Outside of work, I like to travel and explore new cultures (and foods!) when I can. I have also taken up cycling again in my local area to keep fit.

Alongside this, I am passionate about music and rugby, and value the strong sense of camaraderie that comes from live events and shared experiences. I enjoy engaging with others and being part of supportive, energetic environments.
